AMD Radeon HD 6370M specs and review
AMD released new series of graphic chipset namely AMD Radeon HD 6370 or sometime still called ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370 is a laptop graphics card for entry level notebooks. Actually this graphic chipset based on the older Mobility Radeon HD 5470 and beside that it is only supports the UVD2.2 video processor. In this case as the HD6370M is just a renamed HD5470 and about the performance is equal to the older card. But don’t worry about that, because demanding games can be played fluently in low resolutions and settings. You still can many kinds of newest pc games like PES 2011, FIFA 11, the Sims, and many others. About the power consumption of the HD6370M should be between 8-15W TDP (chip only), therefore also suited for smaller laptops in the 13-14″ range.
Here the detail specification for this graphics chipset, that is AMD Radeon HD 6300 series which has Robson XT codename, 80 – unified pipelines, 750 MHz core speed, 750 shader speed, 800 MHz memory speed, 64 Bit memory bus width, DDR3 memory type, 1028 MB maximum amount of memory, support direct X 11, Shader 5.0, 40 nm technology, small and light notebook size, but there is no shared memory.
